Is Colony Condo professionally managed?

How many units are in Colony Condo?

There are 33 units in two buildings.  The East building has 21 units and the West building has 12.


When was Colony Condo built?

The West Building of the Colony was built in 1966-67.  The East Building of the Colony was built in 1968-69.


Are there pet restrictions in the community?

Yes, no pets are allowed.


What is included in the Condo dues?

The dues include all common area maintenance, landscaping and irrigation, a community pool, all exterior building maintenance and insurance, professional property management.


What amenities does Colony Condo have?

There is a community pool and direct beach access.

Maintenance, Assessments, Insurance

Maintenance - Monies are collected primarily for the day to day "operation" of the Colony Condo and its common elements.

Assessments - Monies are collected to fund the longer term maintenance of the common elements or to improve, add or expand the common elements after receiving 75% of the owner approval.

Insurance - Monies are collected to insure and protect the common elements and its operation.  These monies are usually collected only during the first 2 quarters of the year.
